The staff went above and beyond, always smiling and ready to help. The gym and the view from the balcony were highlights that made my stay worthwhile.

However, the room needed more attention. I found some maintenance issues like a stuck TV remote and a strange bathroom door stopper that was inconvenient.

Unpleasant experience with misleading guest policies!!! I found the casino unnecessary and inconvenient — not everyone wants to deal with that!!! Communication about additional guest fees needs clearer standards and better handling!!!

The rooms were not only clean and comfortable, but the staff was consistently attentive, making my work-related stay feel welcoming. The breakfast buffet offered a diverse range of options, from freshly baked pastries to fresh fruit, which greatly fueled my mornings.

I stayed for 3 nights in a Junior Suite with excellent amenities. The staff was friendly and attentive. The location was ideal for both business and leisure. Great decor. The breakfast spread was enjoyable. 😊

Housekeeping was quick and responsive, which I appreciated. The gym facilities impressed me with their variety. it felt like a full gym, not just a small hotel workout room. I loved the delicious Peruvian buffet offered once a week—tried so many great dishes. The staff maintained a friendly demeanor and went out of their way to help. However, I had issues at check-in. They charged my credit card incorrectly, doubling the amount initially. The front desk eventually corrected it, but the delay was frustrating. Also, I noticed a lack of vegetarian options in the dining areas, which could be improved for guests with dietary restrictions. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few hiccups that are easily fixable.
